Today Damon graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in History. We are so proud of you!!! We are all so glad that we could attend the ceremony today. Unfortunately, I wasn't captured in any of the pictures due to the fact I was taking them. Oh well, hopefully in years to come you'll remember that I was there. :) It was a crazy day weather wise...snow and wind in the morning to just cold wind and sun in the afternoon. All in all, it was a lovely day to graduate from college. Now the key will be finding a job, or if that doesn't pan out, returning to school for a masters. We'll know soon enough, times are difficult for teachers. We all have our fingers crossed that you'll find a position and be happy wherever it is! But in the meantime, you made it, you're done...Way to go Damon, class of 2010!! We love you!!!!

A Mell of a Hess
Mom had let Emma brush out her wet hair several times before, but on this occasion things went horribly wrong. In a matter of seconds the damage was done. Neither Jarom or I could even manage to see how this knot had come into existence. We could not get it out. We discussed the option of cutting her hair as a last resort. I quickly said a prayer that I would be able to see how to untangle this terrible knot, before Mom had to leave for work. I was then able to get the comb out, thankfully! Of course afterward, someone told me I could have just broken the comb. Amazing how in moments of stress sometimes the simplest of answers is over looked.

Valentine's Day
Our little Queen of HeartsJust a kiss from me to you.
Jacquart Christmas
Grandpa Jacquart and Emma
Putting together Emma's new skooter... oh my goodness!
...and away she goes!!!
We were very thankful to be able to get together with Paul's Dad for Christmas. It was close, every one's work schedules were crazy and on top of it all, we were in the middle of packing up the house. Emma and I actually drove out to California the next day. It was so good to be together!
Christmas Time
Merry Christmas 2010 A cozy new robe... I'm so jealous Suiska!
Our newest baby, getting her first Christmas experience. The beautiful tree! I think this was the most fragrant tree we've ever had. It smelled sooooo good! There's nothing quite like coming home for Christmas and smelling the tree for the first time.
Snug as a bug! Making sure it'll work for camping...Thanks Papa and Grandma!! Gearing up to open the load of presents under the tree!
Have to get enough sustenance to last through the night, bring on the pizza and goodies! :)
Toys the adults secretly wish for...magnetic wood dolls.
The gift that everyone benefits from!
A cute Christmas pair!
Christmas at the Hofmann Household was wonderful! It was a great holiday filled with yummy food, fun people, and unfortunately sick people. We had colds, flu, pink eye, and croup. Thankfully people began getting somewhat better by the end of vacation, at least enough to enjoy some if it. Hopefully next year won't be as plagued, but just as fun!
Playing Catch-Up
I've finally downloaded all of my pictures from January on so be prepared for the onslaught to come! Sorry if things are out of chronological order, I'll do my best to keep things straight.
